Fee Philosophy

Commercial alternative dispute resolution firms are in the business of providing services. In addition to the fee for neutrals and consultants, they charge administration and other fees. Judge Duffey does not charge for overhead or the cost to administer his cases. He charges an hourly rate only for the time he incurs in providing his professional services.
